SERVICES<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Company provides mobile automotive repair and diagnostic services performed at the Customer\u2019s location or another agreed-upon site.\nThe Company reserves the right to determine whether a service can be safely and effectively performed on-site.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nServices may be limited due to environmental conditions, safety concerns, vehicle condition, or equipment limitations inherent to mobile repair work.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>3. PRICING STRUCTURE<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Company operates under the following pricing models:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Flat-Rate Service:<\/strong> Includes both parts and labor unless otherwise specified.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Labor-Only Service:<\/strong> Customer supplies parts and pays for labor only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nAll pricing is based on initial inspection. If additional issues are discovered during service, the Customer must approve additional costs before work continues.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>4. PAYMENT TERMS<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nPayment is required in full at the time of booking or prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.\nNo service is reserved, approved, or guaranteed until payment is received.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nA 5% processing fee is applied to all transactions regardless of payment method and is non-refundable under any circumstance.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>5. SERVICE AUTHORIZATION<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nBy approving estimates, invoices, SMS messages, emails, or verbal confirmations that are later documented, the Customer authorizes the Company to begin work.\nAll forms of digital or written approval are legally binding.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>6. APPOINTMENTS<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nAll appointment times are estimated only and are not guaranteed arrival times.\nDelays may occur due to traffic, weather, prior job complexity, parts availability, or other field conditions.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe Company is not liable for delays and such delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or cancellations once service is booked or dispatched.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nCancellations must be made prior to dispatch or commencement of service.\nOnce service begins, or once the mechanic has departed for the location, all payments become non-refundable.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Refunds may only be issued if:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>No service has begun or been approved<\/li>\n<li>The Company is unable to perform the service due to its own limitations or safety concerns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Non-refundable items include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnostic fees<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch, travel, and call-out fees<\/li>\n<li>Any labor already performed<\/li>\n<li>Processing fees (5%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2>8. VEHICLE OWNERSHIP & AUTHORIZATION<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Customer represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of the vehicle or have full legal authority from the owner to authorize all services performed.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe Customer assumes full responsibility for any disputes arising from lack of authorization.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>9. RESTRICTED SERVICES & LEGAL COMPLIANCE<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Company will not perform or assist with any service that interferes with lawful ownership, financing agreements, or installed security systems.\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>GPS tracking device (\u201cblack box\u201d) removal or bypass<\/li>\n<li>Finance-installed immobilizer disabling or tampering<\/li>\n<li>Any action intended to prevent repossession or tracking<\/li>\n<li>Any unlawful modification or activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nThe Company reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>10. DIAGNOSTIC LIMITATIONS<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nSome issues may not be identifiable without disassembly, advanced testing, or operational load conditions.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>11. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Company provides no warranty on customer-supplied parts and is not responsible for part failure, compatibility, or quality.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Customer acknowledges that automotive repair involves inherent risk, including the possibility of additional issues being discovered during service.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>13. AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE VEHICLE<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Customer authorizes the Company to start, move, test drive, and operate the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform services.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>14. SERVICE CONDITIONS ACKNOWLEDGMENT<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Customer acknowledges that all services are subject to the Company\u2019s Service Conditions.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nAll content, branding, logos, text, reviews, pictures, videos, and materials are the property of Carlton The Mechanic LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>16. USER CONSENT<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nBy booking services, the Customer provides informed consent for all approved work and acknowledges that approval constitutes authorization to proceed.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>17. TERMINATION<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Company may refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time at its discretion.\nIf termination occurs after work has begun, the Customer remains responsible for all completed labor and materials.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>18. CORRECTIONS<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Company reserves the right to correct errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in estimates, invoices, or communications at any time.\nIf corrections affect pricing or scope, Customer approval will be required before continuation.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nLiability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.\nThe Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>20. NO GUARANTEE<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nNo guarantees are made regarding repair outcomes, long-term vehicle performance, or failure recurrence.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>21. INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nAll services are deemed accepted unless reported within 24 hours of completion.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>22. CHARGEBACK POLICY<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks for authorized services and must resolve disputes through the agreed legal process.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>23. COLLECTION COSTS<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nIn the event of non-payment or dispute, the Customer agrees to be responsible for all collection costs, legal fees, and enforcement expenses.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>24. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nAll disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Oklahoma.\nThe Customer waives the right to jury trials and class action participation.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>25. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nSMS messages, emails, digital approvals, and electronic signatures are legally binding.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nLiability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.\nThe Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>20. NO GUARANTEE<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nNo guarantees are made regarding repair outcomes, long-term vehicle performance, or failure recurrence.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>21. INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nAll services are deemed accepted unless reported within 24 hours of completion.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>22. CHARGEBACK POLICY<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks for authorized services and must resolve disputes through the agreed legal process.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>23. COLLECTION COSTS<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nIn the event of non-payment or dispute, the Customer agrees to be responsible for all collection costs, legal fees, and enforcement expenses.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>24. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nAll disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Oklahoma.\nThe Customer waives the right to jury trials and class action participation.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>25. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nSMS messages, emails, digital approvals, and electronic signatures are legally binding.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>26. INDEMNIFICATION<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Carlton The Mechanic LLC from all claims arising from use of services.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThis document, Service Conditions, invoices, repair orders, estimates, and communications represent the entire agreement between parties.\n<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>28.
