Where practical, photographs and videos intended for public marketing may be framed or edited to focus on the Vehicle and the automotive work rather than the Customer or other unrelated individuals.

Customer names, contact information, payment information, and other private customer information will not be intentionally included in public marketing content unless separately authorized by the Customer or otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

Customers who prefer that photographs or videos of their Vehicle not be used in marketing content may tell Carlton The Mechanic LLC before or during the appointment, or contact us using the information in Section 18. Documentation needed for service records will still be created and retained as described in this Privacy Policy.

Diagnostic reports, service records, photographs, and other documentation may also be retained as part of the Customer's service history in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Facebook Messenger is the primary channel for customer questions and communication. Messages sent through Facebook Messenger are also subject to Meta's own privacy policy and terms. Service details, approvals, and repair documentation are kept in the Digital Repair Order and other written service records.

Promotional text messages are sent only to Customers who have separately agreed to receive them. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option. Customers who opt out of promotional messages may continue to receive messages related to scheduled appointments, authorized Services, payments, and records.
